Apixaban is promising drug used to treat atrial flutter condition

Apixaban

Apixaban is a new prescription drug that is being introduced into the market to treat patients who have an atrial flutter. It is being designed as an angiotensin Iodine C injection drug. Apixaban works by blocking the effects of the angiotensin II enzyme in the blood. The medication has been shown to improve symptoms of atrial flutter in patients who have been prescribed it. Moreover, smoking is prohibited while using this medicine

It is a blood thinner that is used primarily to treat people with borderline high blood pressure (hypertension) as well as people with recurrent heart failures. It has been found to be effective in the prevention of heart attacks and in reducing the risk of strokes. The efficacy of the drug was further enhanced by its ability to prevent blood clots from forming even in patients who are at high risk of forming blood clots. When used in combination with antiplatelet agents such as warfarin, it is able to significantly lower the occurrence of clots. However, in order to prevent the formation of blood clots, it is important to use other medications such as anti-inflammatory agents and antiplatelet agents along with Apixaban.

It can cause life-threatening side effects including hypoxemia, rhabdomyolysis, and myocardial infarction if taken without the doctor's supervision. These side effects of the medication can cause undesirable outcomes such as bleeding, stiffness, pulmonary hypertension, and jaundice. This is a very potent blood thinner that can cause serious problems for people with renal disease or those with heart disease. This drug is not safe for use in women who are pregnant or breastfeeding since it may result in an adverse reaction to the unborn child. Apixaban users must avoid alcohol and drugs such as marijuana, ecstasy, and diazepam.
