Bio vanillin is a flavoring agent used worldwide in many ways. The use of vanillin flavoring is not restricted to beverages but has found its way into the manufacturing of soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, etc. The market for Bio Vanillin products is increasing day by day as it is becoming an important commodity all over the world. The main characteristics of bio vanillin that gives it its fame is its antiviral, antimicrobial, antifungal, anti-parasitic, sedative, and flavoring components. According to the Economic Research Service United States Department of Agriculture, in 2019, U.S. consumers, businesses, and government entities spent $1.77 trillion on food and beverages in grocery stores and other retailers and on away-from-home meals and snacks.
