OEM Insulation Materials Are an Integral Part of Various End-Use Industries

OEM insulation materials

OEM insulation materials are widely used in the various end-use industries, such as consumer appliances, transportation, aerospace and spacecraft, subways, marine, automotive, building and construction, power and energy, oil and gas, food processing, and others. The term OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) refers to a company or an organization that manufactures a part or a subsystem that is used by another company product. OEM insulation materials help reduce heat gain or heat loss by creating a blockage between surfaces that vary in temperature.
There are various types of OEM insulation materials are available in the market such as foam boards, concrete, reflective and fiber insulation, blanket batts and rolls, structural insulated panels, loose fill and blown in, sprayed form, SIP, foam boards, and more. Insulation materials are produced from petroleum or coal (such as polyisocyanurate, formaldehyde, polyurethane, and polystyrene), natural vegetation (such as cellulose fibre, wood, straw, and cork), natural minerals (such as aerated concrete, foamed glass, vermiculite, perlite, and mineral fibers), etc.
Blanket insulation is the most common and widely available type of insulation. It comes in the form of batts or rolls. The most common types of materials used for loose-fill insulation include cellulose, fiberglass, and mineral wool. All of these materials are produced using recycled waste materials. Fiberglass is the most common insulation material. It is made from fine glass fibers and is most often used in batts, rolls and loose-fill insulation. Foam boards are used to insulate almost any part of the home. They are very effective in exterior wall sheathing, interior sheathing for basement walls, and special applications such as attic hatches.

Thus, there is an increasing demand for OEM insulation materials from the various end-use industries. Moreover, demand for OEM insulation materials is rapidly increasing in residential and commercial settings. In 1965, building codes in the U.S. made it a requirement that homes being built had to have insulation in the walls. Form then, USA Insulation has been providing quality insulation products and services to American families.
